Key Achievements- Built the strategic communications capability for the organisation from scratch- Leveraged the resources of the Human Variome Project Consortium to create a local communications apparatus in the 22 countries hosting an HVP Country Node- Grew the Human Variome Project Consortium to over 1,100 individual members and 60 infrastructure members- Led a major project to overhaul the Project website, leading to greatly improved usability, functionality and micro- and macro-conversion rates- Implemented the use of new technologies, services and industry tools within the organisation including Google Apps for Business, Insightly (CRM), Trello (Project Management), Mailchimp (eDM), Joomla!
