My name is Tim Sparling. I was born, raised, and attended undergrad in southern Illinois. After graduating and volunteering for roughly a year, I relocated to Arizona to attend law school. I graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State and passed the Arizona Bar Exam in 2016. From there, I began working as an Attorney at the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office and worked as a Major Fraud attorney there until June of 2021. I then entered into private practice with the Rosenstein Law Group and Stone Rose Law.I am now Of Counsel, general criminal practitioner, and trial attorney for Litwak Law Group and the Founder and Managing Member of Sparling Law Group and Consulting. I also currently serve as a Member of the Arizona State Bar Committee on Appointments and Advisory Board Member and Fundraising Administrator for Beyond the Hurt and work as an Authorized Lobbyist for Better Ballot Arizona.
