Collaborated with our retention marketing team while informing changes through reporting and competitive research to rebuild our email notifications program, leading to an 81% increase in click rate over the course of H1 2023.

Managed Wayfair's most efficient digital creative workstream of Q1 2022, consuming a third of total digital requests our Supplier Advertising channel serviced over 100 unique supplier ad requests. Led advancements in multiple workflow areas to critically analyze capacity data and ensure on-time delivery of creative requests including improvements to logged time compliance and reporting. Spearheaded an initiative which introduced a new ticketing approach for our Seasonal Creative team’s complex, multi-milestone projects to better plan and track time estimates.Collaborated across channels to create a self service portal to provide more accessible information about our processes to our stakeholders.
