My technical expertise was utilised to educate clients in the use of Website statistics software.I worked for the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries as their Intranet Manager carrying out all aspects of training and delivery of Intranet content. I implemented positive change in an ageing Intranet system that re-engaged teams.I was Team Leader of a busy Online Services Team with the Environmental Protection Agency. I was also responsible for consolidating old websites, web content and ensuring effective review of information architecture for the newly formed department.Prior to leaving QG my organisational and problem solving skills were utilised as a Change Manager for a strategic recordkeeping implementation project. -
