Accenture was upgrading a Billing system for one of the biggest Telecommunications company in Singapore.The Application Team comprises of the product configuration team and the custom build team. As the custom build team lead, the role was to lead 3-5 members of the team to build/upgrade a repository of 200-300 scripts for the project. This includes supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by managing defects and presenting key defects analysis to key stakeholders. Also supported the warranty after the delivery of the project.

Accenture was delivering an Accounts Receivables system for one of the biggest publishing company in Singapore.The main role as a developer for the Payment and Receipting module is to build the web front-end GUI to allow frontline users to enter payments transactions and SAP batch jobs to handle GIRO / Recurring Credit Card payments arrangements with the banks
