Current• Developed a SQL query with binned range joins to unify tens of millions of rows of data from multiple Ignition datasets into a performant Snowflake View with multiple drill through options such as 4M designation. Used Scrum tactics to deliver value early and often, creating an MVP after only weeks of development.• Frequently submit table requirements and complete SQL code to IT to publish Master Data Tables and Views in Snowflake. Perform UAT and hypercare evaluations before approving finished product.• Created a Master Data system of Tables and Views in Snowflake to transform multiple variable production schedules into a single Snowflake View with a schedule key, which can then be queried into Power BI and related to all applicable fact tables.• Cross-trained teammates so that they can support the Master Data system by submitting update requests to IT as needed.• Frequently collaborate with teammates to debug SQL code and data system issues.• Selected to represent my team at a global workshop to standardize data analysis and reporting practices. Responsible for global agreement of engineering metrics such as OEE.• Create PowerPoint decks to summarize proposals for my ideas and present them to director-level management to elicit deep conversation on challenging topics in order to drive innovation while maintaining best practices.• Work directly with director-level stakeholders to brainstorm new ideas and share my work.• Developed and use a micro-Scrum process to control the flow of small update requests from end-users to optimize a solution suite already in production. Intended to minimize distractions from my current active projects while still delivering value on a bi-weekly basis.• Currently developing a unique single visual in Power BI intended to show whether we "won or lost" for any number of machines/systems with any combination of metrics requested as the KPI for that machine.
