Corporate Travel Manager
Current- Research and provide personalized travel solutions to clients, considering their preferences and requirements to ensure best possible travel options.- Negotiate rates with vendors to secure cost-effective travel options.- Manage travel budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.- Maintain relationships with key clients and vendors, fostering long-term partnerships.- Assist clients with all aspects of travel planning and arrangement, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.- Manage and update client profiles and travel preferences in our system.- Ensure that all travel bookings and related documents are accurate and delivered to clients in a timely manner.- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any travel-related issues or concerns that clients may have.- Monitor travel itineraries, including any changes or cancellations, and inform clients as necessary- Stay up to date with industry trends, travel regulations as well as changes in flight schedules and accommodations.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
