I grew up inspired by my father’s commitment to business and passion for delivering top-quality landscaping. I knew from an early age I wanted to join and continue his business’s already stellar reputation and I was required to start at the bottom and prove my worth. It took me 21 years to develop from a crew member to the President of one of Northern Virginia’s top landscaping companies, with a lot of hard work and lessons learned in-between. 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮We employ over 100 employees and have a single focus on commercial maintenance in the Northern Virginia market. Our employees are our #1 asset so we strive to be the best place to work in our market because we know if we have great employees the rest will follow. Without our property managers there is no Professional Grounds. Their jobs are demanding so we try to make their life just a little bit easier. We are their eyes and ears on the property and if we can save them a trip to their community by looking at something on the building that has nothing to do with Landscaping we are happy to do just that. Anything we can do to help. Need an inspection of the property? No problem! We will put together an inspection, add their name and their company name to the cover of the inspection so they can present it to the board as their work.
