I am a Communication specialist, intercultural trainer, Youth education specialist, policy maker and skilled facilitator with a focus on international exchange in area such as corporate communication, capacity building, business, leadership and public policy. I have managed teams of international workers providing information, concepts, ideas, perspectives and strategies to help them successfully function in foreign areas. I am the founder of Mustard Tree Learning Center for the promotion of youth leadership, human capacity and entrepreneurship to foster social development initiatives. As an alumni of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, I lead, define and formulate development and education policies to equip and empower people to think critically and creatively in order to achieve positive change. In nearly seven years, I have led many young people to a life of success and fulfillment through professional, personal development and leadership programs including the well-known Africa Business Leaders Forum. I began my career as a Teacher and gained International experience as a Language Assistant with the United Nations, Language and Cultural Consultant, Program coordinator with Journey Corps-West Africa. I also worked with The HuD Group as a CEO to support Youth Leadership and Education. I work with genuine interest and integrity out of my experience and intellectual capacity which includes both analytical and problem solving skills. As an interpreter, translator, writer and editor, I have helped business people, customers and employees from different cultures and countries to communicate allowing them to successfully navigate the social, political, and cultural contexts of targeted countries.I have a postgraduate degree in Communication and English Language Arts
