• Collaborate with the Director, Agency and Client on how to effectively execute their creative vision.• Work on productions with shoestring budgets all the way to multi-million dollar budgets, with skeleton crews to crews of over 100 with multiple units.• Responsible for scheduling shoots in the most efficient manner by coordinating with the different departments while also considering all budget and time restraints. And then, ensuring the schedule is maintained during production.• Chief Safety Officer on set. Safety is paramount, especially when working on location in extreme conditions with special equipment.• Oversee talent on set, from contracts and getting through Hair/Makeup, the wrangling of hundreds of extras, to the considerations of celebrities and their teams.• Point person for union rules (SAG, IATSE, Teamsters) to make sure Production is in compliance.
