• Implemented numerous improvements from administering the Datatel Scholarship Program to automating financial reporting.
• Led upgrade of Epicor ERP and implemented numerous add-ons including revenue recognition, AR collections and workflow. Also implemented the Epicor budgeting module which replace spreadsheet based solution.
• Implemented Epicor CRM which replaced a custom Lotus Notes customer database.
• Led IT Governance effort and worked with cross divisional team in managing demand for IT work, optimizing IT project portfolio, tracking software changes and executing and monitoring projects.
• Team was successful in shifting project portfolio toward growth and transformational projects and reducing run or "keep the lights on" work. We improved the ratio to about 70% run and 30% growth/transformational in.
