As a senior member of the IT leadership team, primary role was building relationships with business partners from all parts of the company and align our projects with their strategic goals and objectives.• Executed aggressive move of corporate applications to the cloud. Implemented Okta as our cloud based single sign-on platform and currently migrating applications one by one.• Implemented Salesforce.com including the Sales and Service Clouds, Partner Portal, Communities (Customer Portal), Salesforce1 (mobile) and a dozen cloud and on-premises integrations.• IT lead for acquisition of CampusIT based in Dublin, Ireland. Multi-year project included due diligence, integration planning and day-one and end-state systems architecture. The project included the consolidation of all major enterprise applications including financials systems, CRM, LMS, customer portals, etc.• Delivered session at Dreamforce 2013 on new Communities functionality in Salesforce.com which Ellucian implemented as our customer portal for more than 30,000 clients.

Responsible for service desk, networking and storage, telecommunications, security, application development and product development infrastructure.• Increased end user satisfaction with IT by increasing accountability, teamwork and enterprise project management.• Introduced metrics to run IT organization.• Tightened IT controls which led to a 100% clean IT audit.• Member of Integration Management Office for Datatel and SunGard Higher Education merger which closed in January of 2012.
