As an Advisory Partner with more than years 29 of IT and business experience I have led a wide array of client engagements. • For one of the world's largest global retailers, led the planning, architecture and testing of a comprehensive resiliency program utilizing Cloud DR patterns with Microsoft Azure and automation to ensure their Tier 0 and Tier 1 platforms met their near real-time RTO's and RPO's. • As part of a multi-year "IT Reimagined" initiative for another global retailer, led the design of the transition for the Infrastructure and Cloud Shared Services organization to a product-based operating model rooted in automation.• For a divested business unit, led the strategy and implementation to transition their IT platform to 100% Cloud utilizing Microsoft Azure coupled with Office 365 and Dynamics AX• Developed a data center and hosting strategy aimed to integrate previous acquisitions for an interactive multi-channel retailer • To support the separation of a $40B organization into two separate publicly traded companies, I led a team to define a future state vision and long range transition plan for the Infrastructure Services Organization. • For a large entertainment and media organization, I oversaw the strategy and design of a global infrastructure transformation program designed to save the company significant operating costs per year.• For the United States intercity passenger, I led a major IT infrastructure and operations cost reduction program that identified over 100 RFS's leading to over multi million dollars in cost reduction opportunities. • For a provider of proxy mailing and vote processing, I led the company in the architecture, planning and implementation of a Web 2.0 social media platform for the investing community.
