I’m a writer and director with a flare for comedy and love nothing more than creative collaborations to bring a project to life. With a background in screenwriting and performance, my commercial and narrative work has been recognised internationally;- I’ve been awarded Silver in the London International Awards and Crystal in the Adstars Awards.- I've directed commercials for brands including; ANZ, Carlton Dry, Kellogg's, Nissan, Ford, Mobil, Telstra, Hungry Jacks, Beyond Blue, Open Universities Australia, Sportsbet, Colgate, Vicks, Head & Shoulders.- I've worked with all walks of talent, from international sporting personalities (Mark Webber, Melbourne Storm, Ben Johnson), to the hottest Australian comedians like Nick Cody (The Conan O'Brien Show), Zachary Ruane (Aunty Donna) and Michelle Brasier (Mad As Hell).- I was the recipient of the ABC Pitch iView Award, for my television comedy series, Waiting - undertaking a residency in Marseilles, France, for series development.- I wrote, starred and co-produced the Tropfest Winning film, Lemonade Stand.- I’ve written for ABC Comedy and Gristmill’s award winning children's series Little Lunch (the only thing my kids are proud of).I'm always keen to collaborate on new creative projects, so say hello at tim@timpotter.com.au
