I am easily able to communicate the wants and needs of a client to my team of artists and programmers by clearly defining the goals of each project and actively working with each stakeholder.My experience in design and interpersonal relationships helps me not only identify solutions to client needs, but it allows me to gain a greater understanding of the user experience paired with user satisfaction. I am able to work closely with each client to understand their needs and build a relationship with them. The customer support and understanding I have emphasized has garnered a higher return rate of our clients than it has been in the last 5 years. I have worked with technical writers and engineers to find the easiest way for their schematic content to be seen when operating in mining caverns two miles underground. I have worked with energy efficiency companies that did not know how to best educate their stakeholders on their operations within their equipment facilities. I have worked with organizations that have been around for 50 years to design and revamp their applications, websites, and usage of visual media content.I effectively communicate stakeholder wants and needs across multiple departments to allow for the most efficient workflow pipeline from inception to concept to prototype to final deliverable. I am able to speak a spectrum of stakeholders from technical writers and researchers to creatives and executives to gain each perspective on how a final deliverable should operate. While assisting student organizations, I identified issues with support provided by the college in terms of finances and staff assistance. I performed my own market research of college student activities that led to a dramatic increase of both activity and funding used by student organizations. I was able to effectively communicate the issues at hand as well as a clearly defined proposal that outlined the benefits of increasing student funding over a 5-year timeline. The efforts I put in to improving student life through engagement, planning, and coordination of activities did not end in 2020 when we went remote. During this time, I had implemented numerous virtual changes to the methods of engagement for Student Life. I had taken different trainings and orientations for student leaders and produced virtual trainings that have been adopted during the return to campus. This change had allowed for dozens of student organizations to remain active during some of their most difficult times and maintain success. I have led marketing, outreach, volunteer committees and I have been selected to the 2021-2022 Leadership Academy during my time at ACC. I have chaired several committees including Leadership Conferences and Awards Recognition Banquets. However, my greatest accomplishments had been watching two student I mentored become Volunteer of the Year in concurrent years and an organization that I helped develop not only win back to back Organization of the Year awards, but helped them raise awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorder. I handle any and all judicial issues that occur in school-sponsored housing and in the absence of the Director of Student Services, I am entrusted with their responsibilities. I enhance images to production ready level, create and composite 3D play through animation of different medical devices and procedures using real life reference material. I optimize 3DS, CAD, FBX and OBJ files in order to lower poly counts for Unity functionality not only for PCs, but for the iPad as well.
