I manage a small, high performing team of ticketing specialists who deliver and maintain hundreds of event builds every month and advocate for the extended use and development of our in-house ticketing system. I work closely with our development team to develop ticketing system solutions that improve access to our events and maintain compliance with legal.

I managed the ticketing for three festivals, setting up and maintaining hundreds of individual events, allocating staff and sponsor tickets, managing inventory and seating holds and ensuring shows met their budget requirements. I was a major driver for process change, helping to overhaul a 60-year ticketing model to appeal to a wider audience. It didn't.
