Customer issue resolution time reduced by 23% and activity logging provided valuable management insight of resource utilization. • Migrated CSC in European time zone. Relocated support team from London to Cape Town achieving a 60% cost saving with no negative impact to customer service levels. • Migrated Network Infrastructure, relocating server farm from third party colocation facility in New Jersey to in-house colocation facility in Netherlands with less than 120 minutes of service down time. • Designed customer networks, specifying satellite equipment and local area network equipment for use on customer vessels extending office functionality to the vessel resulting in operational savings (fuel and time) of tens of thousands of dollars to vessel operators.• Managed large-scale field deployments, successfully migrating a 400 vessel fleet from Iridium Satellite Service to Inmarsat Satellite Service within time scale and under budget, meeting all key performance indicators (KPI’s).
