Litebox is the new generation of ‘fast food’. Creating fresh meals, which not only taste great, but also supplies you body with essential nutrients. 'Gorgeous food your body will love'. As a start-up I was part of all aspects within the start up; from creating the vision, building the first catering trailer, managing staff, marketing and brand development, use of social media and the many practical aspects of delivering a service to customers. I gained support from The Princes Trust in a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style process and built up a successful niche catering business supporting mostly sporting events around the UK. By the 2nd year Litebox was caterer for several major events including the European finals for Crossfit. From this success I focused on growing the business in catering for the UK sports event market, specialising in nutritional fast food, ideal for post and pre event.

The Bear Bar and Bistro opened in April 2016, creating gorgeous homemade burgers, slow cooked meats and our signature beastly ribs. A joint venture with a local surf hotel and a logical development alongside Litebox. I have leaded every aspect in the business, from strategy, menu design, staffing, brand development and management. I gained a considerable amount of knowledge in recruitment, payroll, dealing with people and business management.
