Provided guidance during the transition of Vericom’s products, services, technology, clients, roles and personnel to Spectrio after the acquisition of Vericom. Provided specific product, industry and client expertise during the migration of Vericom’s on-hold and digital signage offerings to Spectrio’s platforms. Ensured Vericom’s digital signage platform continued to run optimally and met clients’ expectations during the transition. Responsible for driving enhancements required to integrate digital signage software features I designed for Vericom with the global digital signage product used by Spectrio. These required features allowed Spectrio to effectively serve their newly acquired clients.

Provided leadership across the organization with a focus on technical operations, product development & support, software development and technical sales. Developed A/V product lines targeting large and medium healthcare organizations. Created new software development, creative services and support teams to support those product lines. Developed a collaborative content management, creation, distribution and display network as Vericom’s SaaS digital signage offering to the healthcare industry. This new offering led to significant revenue growth. During the last 2.5 years, was responsible for preparing the organization for a successful acquisition. At the end of that period, revenue had increased 25%, and the company was acquired.

Designed and developed software for wireless communication networks and devices. Specialized in creating real-time UI applications used to control and display wireless network functionality, data and device management.
