About Tim Ryan

As someone who has sat through many training sessions, speeches and presentations, I understand the impact that a facilitator has on a room. Training and presentations don't need to be seen as a 'tick-a-box' exercise, but it can be engaging, informative and, dare I say it, enjoyable. Even mandatory training doesn't need to be a bore. I promote participation, deliver relevance and provide opportunity for discussion. I am a qualified primary teacher with additional qualifications in psychology as well as Training and Assessment (TAE Cert IV). I have developed exceptional skills in leadership, communication and teamwork across a variety of roles within the education and community sector. My experience has taught me how to identify needs, manage face-to-face as well as online communication, provide a service and work as a team to achieve mutual goals.
