Improving the way we farm in Australia & New Zealand is critical as we face ever more severe environmental variables. Since commencement Eagle Direct has strived to focus on the farmer and the animal believing that when the animal is well cared for, it cares for the farmer which in turn cares for our future.At Eagle Direct I facilitate small & large farm transformations within the Australian & New Zealand dairy & feedlot industries. Working with a passionate and committed team we want to see the best equipment, designs, expertise & technology from around the globe available to our farmers at the best possible price. Our focus areas are animal health, comfort, feed & waste.

Working with a range of European & US based agri businesses I continue to identify opportunities to introduce & distribute their products into the Australian & New Zealand farming markets through my company – Mike Ryan International Business Development (MR iBD). Building from the ground up we now have a full department that handles sales, technical support, operations & logistics, servicing & accounting.

Based in Ireland, my role at Fleming involved both business development and customer retention through the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies. I oversaw the company’s staff mentoring and development program (both one on one and within full sales team environment), nurturing agency partnerships throughout Europe, along with the implementation of a comprehensive CRM system.
