Max Burns (GA-12)• Served as U.S. Representative Max Burns’ top aide, managing the day-to-day activities of the Washington office and four district offices in Georgia. • Reformed Representative Burns’ constituent services operations to better serve his constituents and outreach to key coalitions in the 12th District. • Implemented strategic plans to develop and pass key legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives. • Developed a mail plan to inform constituents of Representative Burns’ legislative successes and expand reach throughout the 12th District. • In addition, was chief political strategist for Representative Burns’ political operation and oversaw his top-targeted re-election bid and the raising of $2.6 million.

• Oversaw all open seat and challenger races in a nine southern state region, winning seven of the eight targeted races, including one of two challenger races in the country (FL-05) and two key races in Georgia (GA-11 and GA-12). • Served as a liaison between the NRCC and state parties and developed and implemented paid and earned media, mail, grassroots and fundraising plans for campaigns. • Managed the NRCC’S issue advocacy programs for targeted races and assisted campaigns in hiring decisions and with personnel resource allocation.
