• Responsible for the strategic delivery and management of the national commercial delivery team to achieve our Student Loan and commercial contract. Through the management, leadership and development of the head office.

• Lead, support and develop a team of regional assessors/tutors across a variety of programmes from work based learning, pre-employment, apprenticeships and commercial courses.
• Organise and manage regional contractual performance through key revenue drivers i.e. starts, closures, business development KPI’s and regional strategy.
• Report on regional contractual performance to business stakeholders i.e. Head of Operations

• Develop and maintain key client relationships

• Providing support to the tutoring team, developing courses, resources and manuals for the delivery and provision of fitness courses across Level 2, Level 3 and CPD qualifications.
• Assisted in the process for application and development of own awarding body status
• Re-written and developed course material and manuals for Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 personal trainer qualifications
• Working and developing courses in line with SkillActive, Ofqual and REPs
• Standardisation and support of tutoring team

• Delivery of work based NVQ’s, Key Skills and Technical certificates, across fitness and sports courses. Opportunity to build on NVQ experience as well as the assessment and delivery of fitness qualifications.
