At Protective Care Group, we provide specialist, tailor-made support for young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, especially those who have experienced multiple placement breakdowns. Many of the young people we support have faced significant adversity, including complex trauma, exploitation, and mental health challenges. We exist to offer them something different: care that is trauma-informed, person-centred, and truly unwavering. We believe real change happens when everyone works together. That’s why our approach is rooted in close collaboration with Social Workers, families and all those involved in a young person’s life. Our support workers are not only trained to support high levels of complexity, but also to mentor, empower, and inspire growth in every young person we care for. We never give up.
