Procure, manage and schedule Mechanical, Electrical and Information Technology trade partners to successfully install, startup, and commission MEiT scope of work (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls, Security, IT Systems, etc). Problem resolution expert for new construction and retrofits, specializing in high security, military and healthcare. Work with MEiT trades to create fully functioning systems that meet or exceed the consultant and client’s design plans and specifications.Energy Services Acquisition Program (ESAP) at Confederation Heights in 6 buildings (April 2022-September 2022), and the ESAP Project at National Library and Archives Building (May 2022-March 2023). PCL/ED Joint Venture - User Building Conversion ESAP projects on 11 buildings in the Parliamentary Precinct around Parliament Hill (November 2022-June 2023). Working with our EllisDon Modular and EliisDon Special Projects team on 5 new RCMP facilities in Nunavut, Yukon, and Northern BC (June 2022-August 2024)Department of National Defence - Revitalization of a Canadian Forces Training Centre (June 2023-Present) Responsible for $100M in MEiT work.
