At AndersElite, I work as a Managing Consultant, specialising in the supply of permanent and contract Civil Engineering professionals, primarily within the Midlands Area. Working as part of the Civil Engineering team and managing a team of permanent recruitment consultants, I work with various Civil Engineering Contractors within the Infrastructure market, to fulfil their recruitment needs, giving consultative feedback of market conditions wherever possible. I am used to supplying staff to Major Projects and Frameworks such as HS2, EWR2, AMP6/AMP7, Water, Energy and Highway projects, and all round pride myself on carefully listening to my clients’ and candidates’ requirements. When I first joined AndersElite, I initially worked as an Inventory Manager (Resourcer) underneath Birmingham’s most successful Consultant, building strong relationships with experienced candidates within the construction industry, assessing their skill sets and then supplying key clients with pre-qualified individuals. From here I moved into a Consultant role, where I focus my time on working with candidates and clients in the Groundworks, RC Frame, Highways and Water sectors.
