I'm an experienced digital first leader who has worn many hats over my career. Some hats have suited me more than others but by experiencing many varied roles and opportunities I’ve been able to better understand the values that matter most to me and the roles I can play in bringing the best out of organisations and colleagues.After 20+ years at my previous organisation I’m now on a new journey helping Voice 21, the UK’s oracy education charity to scale to meet their mission in transforming the learning and life chances of young people through talk. In the 10 years prior to joining Voice 21 I was a Board Director for Eclipse Group solutions, during which I held the roles of Client Services Director and Managing Director as we grew the digital practice from 5 employees to 150+ across the UK and Wroclaw, Poland and to £7.5m annual turnover.I build long lasting relationships by being honest and straightforward, promoting a 'can do' Agile culture that consistently delivers measurable value.
