I founded the Digital practice and grew it from £0 to £7.5m annual revenue and 5 to 100 team members across the UK and Poland in 5 years, primarily focussing on Enterprise level eCommerce sites on the SAP Commerce (hybris) platform for large retail customers like Joules Clothing, Evans Cycles, Mamas & Papas, Waterstones and Wacoal.In doing so and in continually investing in training and technology Eclipse become one of the first UK Gold partners for hybris / SAP Commerce.I am proud to have built long term relationships with client contacts both past and present and shared in their successes as a trusted and valued partner.

These efforts allowed Eclipse to grow from a small scale 5 person infrastructure team dealing with small business services and I now lead a team of 17 people providing a service desk function and wide ranging IT services to 25 major UK customers and over 10,000 end users.A pioneer in IT as a Service (ITaaS) I deigned and built the Eclipse private cloud infrastructure from which we provide a variety of services included hosted desktops, backup and DR as a service alongside traditional enterprise application, e-commerce and web hosting. Expert in incorporating Citrix XenDesktop application and server virtualisation services and VDI strategies, MPLS and IP VPN WAN topologies, Compellent SAN storage systems, backup and replication systems and hybris e-commerce multi channel platforms.

Supported the sales teams in the understanding of customer requirements, providing the element of validation between technical service capability and sales message in order for customers and prospects to feel confident in choosing Eclipse for their service. Responsible for preparing costings, proposals and pipeline reports.

Responsible for taking a set of customer requirements or challenges and designing a solution that meets the criteria. A mixture of Technical Architect and Pre Sales consultant. Worked closely with technical engineers and financial controllers to ensure solutions were commercially viable and deliverable.

Led a team of service desk analysts covering 1st and 2nd line incidents, escalating to project engineers/3rd line where appropriate or necessary.
