My cases were two projects modernising transport information systems in Sydney. The cases describe the actors in the definition of the projects, the process of engaging external stakeholders to enrol them as part of a network, and how these relationships were sustained over time. I generated detailed representations, narrating various perspectives of stakeholders and technology present in the development of the new information systems.
