SMO (Stichting Maatschappij en Onderneming) is the think tank for social business in the Netherlands. Since 1968 SMO makes scientific research available to the general public and organises workshops and events on social issues, with the aim of promoting an informed dialogue between the Dutch society and its enterprises.My responsibilities consisted of organizing seminars, booster programmes, events and publications of scientific analyses. Furthermore I participated in partner acquisition and relation management.

The Kleine Consultant is a non-profit consultancy organization established and run by students. I was consultant on a project aimed at developing a strategy for bringing immigrant women who escaped from a forced marriage back into the labor market. Supervised by a professional Roland Berger consultant. I participated in training's at various large corporates such as Accenture and A.T. Kearney.

Gyas is the largest student rowing club in the Netherlands. Gyas competes at the absolute national and international top with rowers at every Olympics since 1996. Furthermore Gyas is also a social student club with a bar, a professional kitchen and over 50 committees that enable people to learn beside their studies and create a great atmosphere with many activities for all the members. Yearly turnover is around 850.000 euro.I was end-responsible for an organisation of over 1000 students. Working on the strategy, managing the full-time board, negotiating long term contract, internal and external stakeholder management.
