CurrentAs an Operations Manager I’m responsible for:• Managing and motivating a team of Talent Supply Chain Consultants to perform at exceptional levels through defining clear expectations, delegation, training, empowerment, coaching, recognition, career development; creating an environment in which employees can achieve their full potential• Utilizes the Shared Service Center and other suppliers as appropriate to ensure a seamless and efficient execution of all services provided • Participates as active member of the management team by carrying out additional responsibilities and leading projects that promote best practice sharing • Managing the implementation and execution of service delivery processes including program plans, budgets, and work breakdown structure • Track and monitor the achievement of program goals, KPI’s and SLAs, financial performance, service delivery, recruiting and retention, business retention, business growth• Recommend process enhancements and efficiencies to continuously improve customer service while reducing the cost of services • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals• Build long-term client relationships and works well with clients to deliver results• Solid understanding of HR practices as they relate to recruiting, interviewing, performance management, and knowledge of applicable employment laws• Demonstrated success at driving/executing business processes• Utilizes effective project management skills • Proven problem solving and root cause analysis skills • Knowledge of data capture and timely reporting on key metrics • Excellent troubleshooting with the ability to resolve complex problems
