• Commercial Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of Cyber Security programmes, portfolio and complex projects with revenue in excess of £10M; leadership for a multi-disciplinary team that includes project managers, TDA’s, OA’s, implementation engineers and SME’s. (350,000 endpoints)• Telenor Norway: Four-month secondment, part of 4 person consultancy team providing target operating model for cybersecurity monitoring and incident handling in client business units. • AIA Hong Kong: • Two months onsite attendance. Programme and project management of AIA transition and transformation programme across APAC region that included 3 complex project work streams• Management of Yara Central Services £5.3M delivery that included cloud-based web security and security remote access. • Matrix management of technical and delivery teams across Russia, Germany and Norway that included 2 project managers, TDA’s, Operational Architect, SME’s and service delivery• Set-up of security PMO in Hungary that included recruitment of PMO team and management of PMO start-up. United Kingdom

• Ownership for platform delivery of Cerner electronic patient record system utilising BT network infrastructure for multiple NHS Trusts within London and Southern regions for revenue in excess of £10M; reported to client executive level and BT Client Delivery Director• Close collaboration with NHS IT teams and management of multi-disciplinary teams that included a third party application supplier and 10+ BT project managers with associated network platform delivery teams• Utilised BT network infrastructure for NHS trusts that included a £4.8M Croydon phase 2 infrastructure deployment, Meds Management deliveries for the OUH, and Surrey and Sussex NHS Trusts valued at £3.9M• Oversight for teams that ensured comprehensive alignment between BT, suppliers, NHS Trust plans and management, particularly with regard to interdependencies• Built and developed long-lasting working relationships with all operational partners that ensured SLA’s were achieved

Olympic Park, Stratford

• Olympic Park International Broadcast Centre, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games: Managed 3000+ voice and data services with responsibility for maintaining the company’s reputation across all products and services• Led a team of 4 Project Managers and 20 operational staff members with accountability for oversight of budgeting, 24/7 resource scheduling, quality management, risk mitigation and contingency development• Planned and delivered all aspects of the technology infrastructure that included the WAN, LAN, IPT and Wi-Fi systems• Collaborated with BT design, WAN, IPT, installation teams and third-party suppliers (Cisco, Computacenter) to implement technology designs and install the core network and cabling solutions• Provided comprehensive operational support on a 24/7 basis to deliver the interface between customer venue functions and central BT service management; ownership for ensuring all support staff were effective and that SLA’s were delivered• Built and managed outstanding working relationships with stakeholders and broadcasters, that included Olympic Broadcast Services, NBC, BBC and Computacenter• Acted as first point of contact (POC) for issues and led initiatives to mitigate risk and provide comprehensive solutions
