• Close collaboration with NHS IT teams and management of multi-disciplinary teams that included a third party application supplier and 10+ BT project managers with associated network platform delivery teams
• Utilised BT network infrastructure for NHS trusts that included a £4.8M Croydon phase 2 infrastructure deployment, Meds Management deliveries for the OUH, and Surrey and Sussex NHS Trusts valued at £3.9M
• Oversight for teams that ensured comprehensive alignment between BT, suppliers, NHS Trust plans and management, particularly with regard to interdependencies
• Built and developed long-lasting working relationships with all operational partners that ensured SLA’s were achieved

Olympic Park, Stratford

• Olympic Park International Broadcast Centre, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games: Managed 3000+ voice and data services with responsibility for maintaining the company’s reputation across all products and services
• Led a team of 4 Project Managers and 20 operational staff members with accountability for oversight of budgeting, 24/7 resource scheduling, quality management, risk mitigation and contingency development
• Planned and delivered all aspects of the technology infrastructure that included the WAN, LAN, IPT and Wi-Fi systems
• Collaborated with BT design, WAN, IPT, installation teams and third-party suppliers (Cisco, Computacenter) to implement technology designs and install the core network and cabling solutions
