Highly recommended by individuals and insurers, solicitors and barristers, as well as instructions from key industry bodies, including the Civil Justice Council and Ministry of Justice, I have mediated on a broad range of civil, commercial and costs disputes.Disputes mediated:- Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims- Commercial: Agriculture/Property/Company/Partnership disputes- People: Trusts, Wills, Probate, Inheritance and Will disputesIn recent years mediation has become increasingly recognised as one of the most effective and favoured forms of dispute resolution. As a fully accredited mediator of more than 25 years, and having witnessed the growing trend by lawyers and litigants alike to take advantage of mediation, I can fully advocate the benefits of facilitated settlement.Mediation is a distinctly affordable, fast and risk-free way of resolving a dispute.Drawing on my extensive experience as a senior civil litigation lawyer, having represented both claimants and defendants equally, I have helped numerous parties across the UK in all manner of difficult disputes overcome their obstacles to settlement. No matter how complex the subject matter, no matter whom the parties, from litigants in person to multiple parties in high value claims, I enjoy the challenge of resolving conflict in otherwise “un-settleable” cases.I have also significantly contributed to the ADR editorial in the White Book, the Jackson ADR handbook and other notable publications.Sitting on a number of specialised mediation panels, my expertise includes but is by no means limited to personal injury and clinical negligence, professional negligence, insurance disputes, property disputes, contentious probate and legal costs matters.Described as “calm, collected and quietly effective” I bring neutrality, integrity and incontrovertible mediation know-how to help resolve the most challenging or complex disputes. If you are a claimant, insurer or lawyer and you would like to discuss how mediation can help you or your client, call me on 07971 125946 or email me at tw@tim-wallis.co.uk or connect with me here on LinkedIn.

In 2022 Trust ADR Limited trading as Trust Arbitration set up a joint venture with NuvaLaw offering an online arbitration service for low value road traffic personal injury claims.
