Oversaw three programs with 7 total staff, 6-12 attorney and student volunteers and 350 cases. Represented over 60 clients in immigration court, on appeal and before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in a variety of cases including asylum, U Visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas and under the Violence Against Women Act. Improved programs' collaboration with community organizations and other legal service providers. Expanded outreach, providing information to hundreds of immigrants and service providers. Led successful grant applications for over $550,000, including funds to start a new, fully-supported naturalization program and DREAM/DACA program.

Wrote motions for federal court and bankruptcy court litigation. Authored subpoena and deposition requests. Conducted outreach to Spanish-speaking farmworkers throughout Georgia. Worked with labor trafficking victims, including interviews with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and communications with the Department of Justice. Supervised law student interns in legal research and document review.

Represented clients in immigration court and before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services for asylum and U Visa petitions. Developed habeas arguments and legal memoranda for use in successful negotiation for release of Haitian client. Researched and drafted appellate briefs to the First Circuit and Board of Immigration Appeals. Interviewed Spanish-speaking detainees.
