I’m a U.S. Air Force combat veteran with a passion for leadership, customer success, and prop tech. After serving as a Boeing KC-135 Boom Operator, I studied Urbanization and Sociology at Columbia University before shifting my focus to the startup world.I joined Military Crashpad, a short-term rental company, where I led onboarding, sales, and marketing, helping grow the business by 50% and maintain an occupancy rate of over 90%.Now, as Senior Implementation Manager at Peek, I built an onboarding process that delivers immediate value and drives product adoption for many NMHC Top 50 owners and operators. Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in my local community. I help lead Cats of Safety Harbor, a nonprofit focused on ethically reducing the feral cat population in Tampa—over 1,000 cats rescued to date. I’m also a member of About Face, a veteran-led organization working to end U.S. policies of permanent war.My proudest accomplishment is my sobriety—4 years and counting.
