About Tim Welch

I am an instructional technologist that has focused on innovative ways to improve the work performance of people and systems in academic, professional, and military environments. I have been a teacher, an instructional designer, and an evangelist for new and emerging technologies at many levels of multiple organizations. Currently I serve as the Lead Instructional Technologist and a plank holding team member of the US Navy’s Sailor 2025 Read Relevant Learning initiative as well as Instructional Lead of the Modern Learning Strategies team at Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division in Orlando, Florida.
