Man or Mouse has a strong portfolio of corporate websites, online and offline sales and marketing material, and a number of web-based utilities installed within NHS Trusts. This while still producing traditional graphic design and creative advertising.Throughout the history of the business I have been responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to an expected quality, and for developing new business opportunities and relationships. My current role and skills include: • Using discussion to build effective understanding of a client's needs • Conveying those needs to my team in the form of a comprehensive and well-informed brief • Applying judgement and criticism to the work we produce prior to refining a suite of suggestions to put before the client• Composing an effective presentation explaining thought processes, reasons for visual approach and any differing cost implications• Effectively managing all aspects of the design and production process The business has grown through referrals or long standing relationships and is well-established and dependable. The system has been developed with senior registrars, has most recently been installed at London's Northwick Park Hospital and has had a massive and irreversible effect on how the whole hospital operates. It is now set to be installed in Central Middlesex Hospital, with variations also being installed for the Surgical Teams at both locations.The specialty of myself and M.O.M. Returned to Scorpion Press as Studio Manager. Responsible for all aspects of the studio - meeting clients, specifying typesetting, briefing artworkers, sceduling workflow and ensuring timely delivery and completion of artwork. Expanded the project diversity of the studio to include packaging and point-of-sale.

Short term position as a 'Number 2' on a B1 four colour press which provided invaluable insight into the printing process which is still of huge benefit over 30 years later.
