I am qualified as a commercial property valuer and investment agent in Queensland and hold a masters degree in finance. I benefit from over 12 years' property industry experience working across Australia and the UK. I have held positions in asset management, commercial valuations, real estate advisory and capital transactions (including direct real estate, debt, equity and mezzanine debt transactions). I have a broad range of experience across all real estate asset classes from build-to-rent, student accommodation, co-working & flexible offices, residential development projects, retail, traditional office and industrial property in addition to going concern assets such as hotels, marinas, retirement villages, hospitals and manufactured home parks.
