Wrote a LIMS system for Microarray data with a visual project designer to allow for automatic replicate detection (both technical and biological), automatic QC and reviewer access. Also started work on a Genome Browser (annmap) for viewing Microarray probe locations and expression in a browser.

Initially worked on a financial application for an investment company, then moved on to writing a web based knowledge based system with a tree-editing GUI that allowed users to save their position in the tree, see and amend previous answers, etc.Worked closely with Manchester City Council and especially the Benefits department to get their entire Benefits Calculation online via this tool.

Working in Delphi and C/C++, my time at XpertRule Software was spent writing and improving knowledge acquisition systems and development tools.
