My duties were to schedule all live unloads, create an daily log of loads that was to be offloaded for allshifts. To get discrepancies handle by origins (where they came from or by the original planner). File,answer phone calls, emails, fax, copy and keep all organization for all shifts.I had to make files for all loads in the yard to be offloaded. Run reports daily of all that would coming inand keep all carriers informed of what they had emptied in the yard.
