Managing Editor, Acquisitions
CurrentI edit author manuscripts and have served as the primary acquisitions and developmental editor on most of Trial Guides' titles since 2007. My job is to get inside the author's head, see the world how they see it, help them figure out their message, and make sure it's clear on the page to me as a non-lawyer. If I can understand it and make sense of it, then our lawyer readers will not have to work so hard to read our books. I feel like I've done my job when I heard a reader say, "These books are great! I can actually understand them!"These titles include:Polarizing the Case by Rick Friedman (2007)From Good Hands to Boxing Gloves by David J.
