Responsible for delivering the full recruiting life cycle including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews with hiring managers. The incumbent in this role takes pride in being the face of the company during the recruiting processand deeply feels that positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final onboarding process is key.

Effectively manages special projects as assigned by management. Assists hourly and salaried personnel with assistances in conflict resolution. Ensures consistent policy application in the resolution of issues addressed. Provides training to supervisory personnel on policies and procedures. Provides coaching and counseling to supervisory personnel to improve the supervisor’s ability to effectively direct their workforce.

Ensures all recruitment/hire processes in the Company Hiring Manual are implemented and followed. Performs audits on a regular basis reporting results to management. Ensures all new hire paperwork requirements are consistently met in SAP. Follows established retention polices and performs audits to ensure data integrity reporting audit results to management. Performs internal AAP compliance audits.
