From 2007 to 2011 I was a call center Training Team Lead and Instructional Designer - focusing on customer service as well as collections training.I was also an Administrative assistant for 5 years, a licensed insurance producer, a staffing professional and even tried my hand at managing a tuxedo rental store.My recent experiences are in the Trainer/Instructional Design/LMS Administration fields. Besides training clients, I also created online training using Articulate Storyline and Active Presenter. Plus I have extensive knowledge of the Sumtotal Learning Management System. Specialties: I have a certification as a Technical Trainer through CompTIA and the Train the Trainer certification through IBM. I am also certified as an AS400 senior operator
