- Developed $12.4 billion annual Air Force budget plan. Even though only staffed at 50%, initiated rigorous assessment of portfolio across eight areas and was named best budget proposal among 10 competitors.- Convinced Congress and senior executives to make sweeping changes, such as elimination of a $1.6 billion technology demonstration to achieve higher.
