About Tina Lauro Pollock

I can honestly say I learned to game before I even learned how to read, starting out on the old Commodore and eventually graduating to the PC. I turned my passion for gaming into a career in 2012, co-founding Brain and Nerd, the home of Ireland's first successfully Kickstarted video game Predestination, with Brendan Drain, where I direct the studio and work as a producer on our PC and console projects.4X space strategy game Predestination launched on Steam in 2019. Brain and Nerd is currently working on ambient adventure narrative game Hortalius (Creative Europe MEDIA recipient 2020) and tongue-in-cheek startup management sim INCubator (UK Games Fund recipient 2020). I am also a Reporter at Massively Overpowered where I craft three MMO-specific columns.
