As the daughter of the creator of the Lear Jet, Tina Lear grew up in the air. She has lived everywhere from Geneva, Switzerland to the plains of Wyoming. She has taught yoga to inmates at Rikers Island, performed for thousands at various folk festivals, and shaken hands with Queen Elizabeth. These experiences have not only given her amazing stories to tell, but have also broadened and deepened her unique insight into the world.Her ability to craft the alphabet into words that move people and push their minds open has led to various accolades including awards for singing/songwriting and a published musical. Tina now uses her gifts to create poetry and spin tales within novels. She has two works that have been published: "Partial Views: A Collection of Poetry" and her debut fantasy novel "StoryEarth Chronicles: The Sting Baby," both available for purchase by request at your local bookstore, as well as online at Amazon and Barnes & Noble. As a published author, Tina knows the impact the right words can have on a person. She uses her knowledge and talent as a wordsmith outside of the literary world as a yogi and meditation teacher. The sheer scope of her life has made her a compelling storyteller. She enjoys hosting and participating in public speaking events around writing, Dharma, humor, travel, and any number of other topics. These days, Tina is currently working on the next book within the StoryEarth Chronicles as well as a non-fiction book about her experience with Buddhism.
