At DestaWed I specialize in event decor design and am a principal wedding planner. Over 4 years ago, I was one of the three co-founders who created DestaWed Inc. I had a key role in developing company operations, brand and sales strategy which resulted in becoming the travel agency with the most sold rooms worldwide at Hard Rock Hotels & Palace Resorts.Our team has grown from 3 partners to 18 employees in just a few years and we continue to break industry records. -- I love obsessing over details till perfection. Refining events, business operations and branding strategies are my expertise. I attribute my empathetic nature for my deep understanding of customer experience and the ability to predict future trends.I have been a serial entrepreneur since I was 16 years old. At a young age I knew my purpose in life was to empower other females. I believe one's career plays a huge part in who they become. My true calling is to create opportunities for females to grow, be challenged and create the life they always dreamed of.
