About Tina Painter

I have over 20 years’ experience in the HR field. Today, I am a strategic HR partner working with a global team. I participate in management reviews and work hand in hand with the managers. I handle employee relations and partner with the ethics/access integrity on cases received. I have moved around within the HR department to grow my skills in many areas. That experience has made me a well-rounded generalist in the HR field. I have been in a recruiter role as well as a management advisor/staffing role giving the advice. I have done quite a bit of training to all levels of the workforce. That training has included new hire orientation, executive level briefings on HR initiatives, and training to managers and employees on HR rollouts. I have also trained HR professionals on HRIS systems and Compensation/Performance Management programs. I have experience within the Compensation arena. I have been the team lead for equity analysis as well as performance management.
