Information Security Compliance Manager
CurrentInformation Security Manages IT security audit preparatory processes by overseeing the implementation and operations of related security controls while aiming to improve operational efficiency, design, and effectiveness.Identifies risks and threats in current internal processes; provides mitigation through process and policy development, compliance implementation, security awareness training, and internal auditing exercises.Builds and updates SOPs reflective of security best practices and SOC 2 compliance needs. Oversees the execution of end-to-end audit requirements–3rd party auditor liaison–and provides security compliance coaching to all departments.IT OperationsDevelops and improves internal IT processes, documentation, and operational workflows; leads their implementation. Manages employee workstations; monitors security health and maintains equipment inventory for remote workforce. Internal operations’ application management: renewals, user access, audits, integrations, and security reviews. Develops and executes migration projects, app launches, and employee education.
