As a KM Analyst, my role is focused on supporting the delivery of legal services by improving processes, enhancing the value of client services, coordinating and facilitating best practice processes and shared knowledge across all departments.

Coordinate, develop and deliver materials for instructor-led, e-learning, and self-paced training; conduct needs assessments and implement performance solutions; facilitate customized group presentations and individual coaching; provide software support in all national offices.

Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and paralegals with all aspects of e-discovery and trial preparation; heavy use of Summation, iPro eScan-IT, NXT iConect, and West Case Notebook for creation and maintenance of discovery databases; preparation of trial exhibits and evidentiary materials; maintenance of technology equipment; installation, support and training of practice-specific software applications; project consultation; creation of job aids and other technical writing.

Contract Position - Responsibilities included development and delivery of software training materials; delivery of technology training for various software applications, and provide ongoing office support.

Assisted attorneys and paralegals with all phases of complex commercial litigation; preparation of deposition summaries; heavy use of Summation 3.0 and iPro eScan-IT for creation and maintenance of discovery databases and document production; managed case calendars; identified and implemented cost-effective methods for management of all ESI; established and maintained vendor relationships; provided software application training and project consultation; created job aids and other technical writing.

Coordinated, developed and delivered training materials and related activities for instructor-led, e-learning, and self-paced training; conducted needs assessments and implemented performance solutions; facilitated customized group presentations and individual coaching; coordinated and conducted new hire and advanced training for all employees at all levels in Tampa office, plus travel to other offices as needed; trained and mentored new learning coaches.
