Application management of commercial systems at DSB (Danish railways). We have overall strategic responsibility for the functionality and application of commercial systems. The department collects knowledge and input from users, suppliers, architects, system administrators, as well as relevant projects in the organization and uses the information in the strategic work.We support 1.line customer service and have system owners in the Agile Release Train (ART) in DSB.

Responsible for BtB Customer Center and SoMe department.SoMe department handle customer experience management on social media touch points covering all products and services in DSB. Focal point is organizational relationship and development to enhance quality of customer contact including digitalization of processes. Close cooperation with PR & Communication, Marketing and Sales to increase sale and reputation of DSB. External interface with DOT (Din Offentlige Transport).
