Coordinating the company's recruitment and corporate culture activities, with experience in overseas recruitment and familiarity with Hong Kong employment regulations; Coordinating the nationwide employee onboarding, transfer, and departure processes as well as employee file management, and handling the social insurance and commercial insurance contributions; Managing the company's asset procurement, usage, and custody, as well as contract approval control; Coordinating the office facilities, travel, and other daily administrative affairs, and supporting the implementation of corporate culture activities; Assisting with the application for domestic and overseas subsidies, and handling tax-related matters. This role involves multiple aspects of the company, including organizational structure, human resources, asset control, and administrative support, requiring extensive relevant work experience and cross-regional management capabilities.

1. Receive and distribute materials to ensure the supply of materials and materials;2, regular asset inventory to ensure that the accounts are consistent;3. 1) Responsible for the target industry customer information analysis, research customer needs;2) Responsible for market development, establishing recruitment agreements with customers, and maintaining good customer relations;3) Collect and analyze detailed information about customer needs from the client side and implement effective recruitment actions;4) Identify the required abilities and qualifications from the recruitment needs of customers, analyze the market and establish the direction and objectives of the search;5) Guide the assistant to use effective tools to search and screen candidates in a planned way;6) Accurately convey the recruitment needs of clients, conduct interviews and evaluations for candidates, and identify suitable candidates through effective matching work;7) Coordinate and negotiate salary between candidates and clients;8) Track and service all projects that have been successfully completed, so that the recommended candidates can better integrate into the customers.
